Issues and constraints perceived by young entrepreneurs of Pakistan

H1: There exist a positive relationship between self-efficacy and entrepreneurship.
H2: There exist a negative relationship between risk and entrepreneurship.
H3: There exist a positive relationship between self achievement and entrepreneurship.
H4: There exist a positive relationship between financial factors and entrepreneurship.
H5: There exist a negative relationship between Pakistani environment and entrepreneurship.


The research purpose is to find out intentions of business graduating students regarding launching their own business, and their own perception regarding issues and constraints entrepreneur would encounter after entering into entrepreneurial activities. Furthermore, it focuses to provide a general understanding regarding entrepreneurship. The study also argues unfriendly policies and environment for entrepreneurship slows down poverty reduction and economic development. 


The figure above shows the factor affecting the business graduating students to launch their own business.

Self achievement:
Willingness to bearing pressure and stress which are more in business than employment. Stress is something people want to avoid. Entrepreneurs struggle for employee turnover, access to new technology, time management, financing and marketing costs.

Risk:
Effects on financial, career, family and social. Business is not a secure source of stable income according more than three quarters of respondent.

Self-efficacy:
Belief in one’s capabilities doing particular activity. Level of business knowledge of the students is poor. Respondent agree they have special technical skills, but no practical business or management experience.

Finance:
Graduating student would not be able to collect enough start up capital. Government support can help.

Pakistan environment:
Economy, corruption, political, tax and regulation factor. 75 percent response was that corruption has a negative impact on entrepreneurship.
